IMPACT Basketball, LLC ("IMPACT Basketball," "we," "us," or "our") is a Missouri limited liability company operating youth basketball programs in the Kansas City metro area. This policy covers information collected through impactbasketball.team and the information request form on it.

When a parent or guardian requests information or signs up their player, we collect the following through our information request form:
- Parent/guardian name
- Player name
- Parent email address
- Parent phone number
- Player's school grade
- Jersey size and preferred jersey number (optional)
We do not collect payment information, health information, or any information directly from players through our website. All information is submitted by a parent or guardian.
How We Use Your Information
We use the information you provide to:
- Respond to information requests, register players, and place them on teams
- Communicate with parents about schedules, practices, games, and program updates
- Organize tournaments and league play
- Respond to questions you send us
We do not sell or rent your information to third parties, and we do not use it for third-party advertising.
Third-Party Services
Our website, including our information request form, is hosted by Netlify, Inc. When you submit the form, your information is collected and stored by Netlify on our behalf, and is also subject to Netlify's Privacy Policy.
Children's Privacy
Our programs serve children, but our website does not knowingly collect personal information directly from children under 13. Player information is provided to us by a parent or guardian, not by the child.
Cookies & Analytics
This website does not use tracking cookies or analytics software. Our site loads fonts from Google Fonts, which may involve standard technical data (such as your IP address) being sent to Google as part of loading those fonts, in the same way most websites work.
Data Retention
We retain the registration information you provide for as long as needed to run our programs and communicate with your family, and delete it upon request or when it's no longer needed for those purposes.
